Battery Guarantee:
Your new Battery is guaranteed against manufacturing faults for a period of twelve months apart from Golf batteries which are offered at such amazing prices that they carry a six month guarantee from the date of purchase. In the unlikely event of a failure, contact us by email and we will supply you with a return label . We will test the battery and if found to be faulty we will replace it free of charge. We will not replace the battery if it is faulty through misuse.
Battery Care
Please make sure that you are using the correct charger, as supplied by your equipment manufacturer, or a reputable charger manufacturer.
Some car battery chargers or other leisure chargers are not suitable and can lead to early battery failure.
Please make sure the charger is adequate for the battery size, the bigger your battery the more powerful your charger needs to be.
Do not store your battery in an uncharged state, nor store it in very cold or very hot conditions.
Always put your battery on charge as soon as you are able to after use.
Make sure your battery connections are always clean and sound.
